Jill Elmstrom Mann established Mann & Mann, P.C. in 1998 as a focused practice firm that specializes in transactional matters involving commercial and residential real estate and general business and corporate matters.  Over the years Jill and Kurt have developed broad expertise in (i) land-use permitting; (ii) residential and commercial land development, acquisitions and financing; (iii) business formations and transitions, buy-sell agreements, and stock and asset sales; (iv) employee matters; (v) landlord tenant and various forms of zoning relief.
